JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT
Designed for a recreational progression that can enable a child to potentially play high-school tennis
- Red Ball, Ages 5 – 6
- Orange Ball, Ages 7 – 9
- Green Ball, Ages 10 – 13
- Yellow Ball, Ages 11-13
ACADEMY
Designed for those who intend to pursue college tennis scholarships. Students are grouped based on Universal Tennis Ratings (UTR). See High Performance Path to see what it takes.
- Pre-Academy (UTR 1.0-2.9)
- Academy (UTR 3.0-5.49)
- High Performance (UTR 5.5-7.9)
- Junior Elite (UTR 8.0+)
XS Tennis provides scholarships to low-income students and youth residing in CHA public housing.
