Campaign 2014 & Naming Rights

Capital Campaign

In partnership with the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA), XSTEF has acquired 13.5 acres of land in the Washington Park community to construct the $9.8 million, 112,000-square-foot XS Tennis Village.

XSTEF is now raising funds to build the new XS Tennis Village and support programs and scholarships for its youth.

In Phase One, funding and donations will go toward breaking ground and building the XS Tennis Village. XSTEF is almost there, and needs your support! To date XSTEF has secured:

$2.9 million Tax Increment Financing (TIF) from the City of Chicago

$2.7 million New Market Tax Credits (NMTC)

$2.3 million in financing

$1.7 million of 1.9 million in charitable donations

Total:$9.6 of 9.8 million secured

Thank you to those Supporters who have gotten us this far. We are relying on individual and corporate contributions to get us across the finish line.

Please DONATE now!

After breaking ground, XSTEF will launch Phase Two of the campaign to support XSTEF programming and scholarships for underserved youth. In this phase, there will be continued opportunities individual giving at all levels, including Naming Rights and other contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations.

Naming Rights

The XSTEF Capital Campaign will achieve its goals through major contributions from corporations, foundations and individuals. Through the purchase of Naming Rights, contributors will help build the facility, and will be recognized visibly throughout the XS Tennis Village.
